Rainybank Collies is dedicated to improving the Collie breed. We concentrate on several aspects:
Health
Temperament
Intelligence
Breed standard
All our dogs are AKC registered and raised with our family. We believe dogs should be friends and companions, not just Conformation showpieces. We work primarily on packing and agility. You can follow the adventures of our dogs on the events page.
Our dogs are part of the family. We currently have four Collies. Only one is available for breeding
Carson - Lord of the manner, 14 years old Charlotte - The rebel, 6 years old Holly - Always wants to please, 4 years old Aurora - Energetic, 2 years Skye - The youngest, calm and steady already at 6 months
Aurora is not in this wonderful family photo and neither is Skye
Our next litter is expected in summer/fall 2010. We will have at least one litter from Aurora and possibly one from Skye
We have had three previous litters:
The first was from Paisley in 2004
The second was from Charlotte in 2006
Our third litter was whelped on August 26, 2008 by Aurora.
You can view the puppies here.
Finally had some time to update the website. It's not much but it's updated. Hopefully I will have time to continue with updates.

Zeke went home to a nice couple in Poulsbo Washington. As with all our puppies, we are sad to see him go but are sure he has found a nice new home.
He has been renamed Zach.

Lassie went to her new home today. She now lives with another Rainybank Collie, Lad. They have a wonderful family and we were glad to see them get another of our Collies.

Murphy went to his new home today. He has a wonderful new home and a new buddy named Bosco. We wish him well and know he will be very happy.

The puppies took part in an unofficial "Photo Shoot". We set up a background and made them sit or stand on a table while we took photos. They turned out really cute.
You can view the photos by looking at the photos section for each puppy's individual web page.

It's been a while since I've updated this site. I have added new photos and information.
In the mean time, the puppies have been getting really active. They have moved to solid food and have just received their first shots.
Rainybank Collies is located in the shadow of the Cascade Mountains, in rainy Sultan, Washington. We are about 45 minutes north east of Seattle, Washington.
This is a wonderful area with beautiful views of the mountains all around. There are plenty of places to take the dogs to run and hike. It's a gateway to some of the best outdoor recreation in the country.
