Alix decided to start 4-H a bit late in life. Usually children start 4-H in Elementary School but Alix started in late 2007.
She and Aurora went to all the meetings and trained for the ultimate goal of the County Fair in August.

Alix ended up taking Holly to the Evergreen State Fair for everything except one event. She managed to get many ribbons and placed as Champion in Agility. She now goes on to the State level at Puyallup.
Aurora was unable to participate because she had just whelped her puppies.

The one event that Holly did not participate in was called "Groom Squad". The youths had to team up with another member and take a dog that needed grooming badly and make the dog as presentable as possible
For this event they used Carson because he is the fluffiest of our dogs and the most in need of grooming. He always needs to be groomed since he has so much fur.
