Olympis Agility Trial - September 30, 2006

Only entered one day in Olympia. It's too far to drive and we didn't want to spend the night. The show was at the Trail's End Arena in Tumwater.

In Jumpers, Holly went nuts. She was sooo good in Monroe and at MegaDogs (where we practice sometimes). I don't know what came over her.

She was running beautifully. But when we got to the weave poles, it was like she hit a brick wall. She circled to the left and jumped back over the jump she had just come from. She has never done that. After her back-jumping, she decided to circle around a jump she didn't feel like taking.

She didn't qualify but we gave her good petting and some treats anyway to keep things positive.

In Standard, Holly did much better. She qualified with Second Place. There were two areas she needed to work on. She didn't quite take the broad jump all the way and she over ran the table. Other than these two problems, it was an absolutely beautiful run.
This makes her third Q and her novice title. On to Open for us in Standard.
